A lovely
surprise this morning … I woke up to this selfie,
posted by Richard’s longstanding friend Jeremy Langmead. Jeremy and
his husband Simon, plus Richard are taking a city break in Spain! It looks
like Richard is wearing his beautiful blue coat, the one which he wore for
New York Fashion week in February 2019.

News of Richard … A chap has
posted a selfie, of himself with Richard, taken in London
very recently … I wish I could just bump into Richard, whilst out and about! Richard is
looking well, not gaunt as he was when undertaking the Citadel press junket
last April. It would
be great if Richard could tarry a while, in London, and maybe fit in a
UK-based job before Citadel 2 starts filming in the autumn, in Toronto. It feels
like his profile suffered because of the timing of the pandemic, and I think
it would be very advantageous if he could ‘reintroduce’ himself to the British public, as some people do ask
what happened to him following Bodyguard!
A few
weeks ago, it was announced Richard and Citadel had each won a Spotlight TV
Award (the language is Portuguese):
And Citadel has also received two nominations for
the VES (Visual Effects Society) Awards, with the winners being announced on
21 February:

subject, Robert ‘Choc’ Thornton
appeared on Racing UK this morning, taking part in Nick Luck’s weekly
discussion programme ‘Luck on Sunday’.
He spoke about his career, and a new style of racing plate (ie. a horseshoe for racehorses) which he has been heavily
involved in developing, with racehorse welfare in mind. Here is a link to the
