Today, we have three photos posted on Instagram by Richard himself ... |
|
|
|
Tuesday 18
February ... Richard confirmed that
he has been visiting Topanga Park, as was suggested last Sunday, to keep fit! I hope he’s wearing
lots of sun-block too ... And I guess it was
only a matter of time before he showed us his hard-earned Ikaris
physique!!! |
|
|
Thursday 20 February ... Richard returned to the Griffiths Observatory,
one of his favourite locations in LA, presumably to admire the view from the
summit! |
|
Thursday 20 February ... Richard let us know that he’s had his hair cut! This is Barbara Guillaume who did his hair for last
year’s Interview magazine article and for the Deadline photo-shoot too. And, of course, he’s topless again ... |

It’s been
very quiet; Richard did not attend the Film Baftas
or the Oscars, but I didn’t really expect him to. He’s only recently wrapped on Eternals, so
needs a break, away from the limelight! 1917 was
very successful at the Film Baftas, winning 7
awards in total – it won Best Film, Cinematography, Outstanding British Film,
Director, Production Design, Sound, and Special Visual Effects. However,
1917 was less successful at the Oscars, with 3 awards from 10 nominations –
Best Cinematography, Visual Effects and Sound Mixing. (I’m Gonna) Love
Me Again, from Rocketman, won Best Original Song. Richard
had been quiet on social media since 01 February until the early hours of the
morning, UK time, on Wednesday. He
posted an ‘out-take’ photo, from
the British GQ January/February 2019 issue photo session:
Taking
everything into account, it suggested he was no longer in the UK ... which
was confirmed in the early hours of Thursday morning, our time, when he
posted another photo on Instagram from sunnier
climbs:
With detective wheels in overdrive ... it transpired
that someone, within the comments section of the post, had suggested the
location was Topanga State Park in California. Yes, that fits the bill ... with Los Angeles and
the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop:
His LA location was further confirmed on Friday,
when he posted a photograph of an art installation from an event being held
in Los Angeles! Oh well, I don’t blame
him for wanting to be somewhere warmer and sunnier, having spent the past few
months filming much of Eternals in the UK.
Besides, his official residence is currently Los Angeles! Rosebud Toys were commissioned, by someone
unknown, to make a Human Bean toy for Richard as a gift and they posted a
number of photos thereof online. It
features Richard with his Golden Globe award, along with portraying Ikaris and Robb Stark: |

Yesterday,
Richard treated us to two Instagram stories ... the
first confirmed that Eternals has wrapped.
I think filming
may have extended into last week, at least for Richard, as I overheard a
couple of the Camden security personnel speaking about the wrap party and
saying that the RSVPs needed to be ‘in’
by Monday 27 January, presumably leaving time for food and drink to be
ordered in on the final day. He is
wearing his AirPods too, as he often does ... and
we can also appreciate his ‘Ikaris’ chest!
And here he is,
supporting his home team in the Six Nations tournament ... sadly they lost to
Ireland in Dublin.
And the England team was beaten by France today,
in Paris! I didn’t think Richard
was keen on sport, apart from Motor Racing ... and I recall he once said
cricket and tennis were boring ... cricket yes, but tennis ... women’s tennis
maybe, but not men’s tennis ... except when Djokovic
wins!!! Today he won the Australian
Open yet again ... tedious! L The Film Baftas are
taking place tonight; Richard’s name does not appear on the attendees list and,
besides, his events hair stylist, Charley McEwen has been enjoying an evening
at the football – Spurs vs. Manchester City! Anyways,
good luck to Taron and the Rocketman
team and to the 1917 team too. |
